Refund policy

Wellborn Touch Up offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our high quality products within 90 days of purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your product you may return it for a replacement or refund.  Please email support@wellborntouchup.com with the order number and reason for return.  Our support team will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.  There is no restocking fee, but you are responsible for shipping the product back to Wellborn Touch Up.  Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact Wellborn Touch Up immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please email our support team at support@wellborntouchup.com with your order number and photo of the item's condition.

 

Refunds
Wellborn Touch Up will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.  You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
